This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. 15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.
This house has a fantastic layout! Its prime location (8 min from Eagle and 15 or 20 mins to Boise by car), coupled with a fully fenced, large backyard make it a great choice for large family gatherings as well as families with children or dogs.
We bought a brand new BBQ early 2025. Please note you might have to buy new propane for the BBQ, clean it to your standards, or buy firewood for the firepit.
