Boise Vacation Rentals - Ownership:

Boise Vacation Rentals is an LLC headquartered in Boise, Idaho. We are a women-owned business. We own all of our properties, i.e. we are an owner operator. We currently are not taking on other people's properties for management. 

We have implemented property management software 2 years ago. This allows us to provide exceptional customer service - we have automated many mundane tasks and are therefore available to answer your questions and concerns.

The owner is Sam Wenzel (https://www.linkedin.com/in/samwenzel/):

Sam grew up in Munich, Germany - yes, the land of the pretzels and lederhosen! She moved with her then-husband to the Bay Area in 1998 and raised her family there. She sold HR software to large corporations for many years and understands not only the value technology and automation can bring, but also the importance of building a stellar reputation from the beginning. In early 2019 Sam set foot in Boise and fell in love with it instantly. She made the decision to move to Boise within the first hour after stepping off the plane. The rest, as they say, is history.
