Yes — up to two dogs are welcome in most of our homes. Certain breeds are excluded for insurance reasons; after you book, we’ll send a quick text to confirm your dog’s breed. If it happens to be one of the restricted types, you’ll have the option to cancel your reservation at no cost.

A signed Dog Agreement (separate from the Rental Agreement) is required, and there’s a $100 fee per dog, per stay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate cats or other animals at this time.

Absolutely. Each of our homes includes a clean, ready-to-use crib available for your stay at no additional charge.

We’re happy to host families and small gatherings, but we don’t allow large events or parties, especially those involving lots of alcohol. Wedding receptions, bachelor parties, and similar celebrations aren’t permitted; however, quiet family dinners or children’s birthdays are perfectly fine.

We understand your team’s unique needs and can make accommodations such as swapping our standard white linens for gray, scheduling weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, and coordinating directly with your site or crew manager for any changes to headcount or dates. 

Yes, we regularly host athletic teams and sports groups. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we just need a clear idea of your group makeup — the number of athletes, coaches, and chaperones, along with the ages of those attending.

We require an appropriate adult-to-youth ratio for supervision and liability reasons, and in some cases, we may not be able to host groups that don’t meet that standard. If you have any questions about whether your team setup would qualify, just reach out — we’re happy to review the details and find the best fit for your stay.

No problem — just reserve based on your best estimate for now. Once your plans are finalized (no later than the day of arrival), let us know your confirmed guest count.

Booking through our website saves you money. The rate is the same no matter where you book, but the platforms handle payment differently. VRBO processes your payment directly, including local taxes, while Airbnb keeps payment on their platform and handles any reservation changes. Both charge a guest service fee of about 14%.

Booking directly through our website lets you skip those fees and save, while still enjoying the same home and service. If you found us on Airbnb or VRBO, it’s fine to book there, but returning guests or those who discover us online can save by booking directly.
