There is a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.
If you have more people than what is on the booking, we will assess $20/night per person plus a $300 fine for misstating guest number. We determine total number of guests by security camera footage and number of beds used.
Guests must sign rental agreement.
$150 fee for lost pool key card – HOA takes a week to issue a new one and other guests will miss out on pool access in the meantime.
